I am a Usability Specialist working in London. I have experience in various usability and user experience tools and techniques , such as:

- Expert reviews ( also known as usability reviews or audits)

- User testing ( one to one, online/Remote user testing)

- Wire framing and website architecture.

- Focus groups

- User research; persona's and scenario development

My Background

I have a BSc in Computer Science, and i have completed Post graduate studies in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics.

I have work experience in : Usability Testing, Business Analysis and Project Management.

My experience includes agency side plus working for large corporate organisations. I have worked on various projects from large to small clients, providing insight into the user experience, user research, information architecture, and working a long side clients, developers and designers.

My interests in the field include Mobile Phone Usability, Website design and Digital Advertising.
